Cherkizovo poultry sales rise 27% to 52,860 tns in September

MOSCOW, Oct 10 (PRIME) -- Poultry sales of Russian meat producer Cherkizovo Group grew 27% on the year to 52,860 tonnes in September, the company said on Thursday.

Turkey sales increased 24% to 3,540 tonnes, while pork sales rose 20% to 24,140 tonnes.

Sales of the meat processing division grew 7% on the year to 21,240 tonnes.
